可愛的「聖誕老公公餅乾」滿是杏仁片鬍子來送禮囉！！
一片餅乾兩種口感真是大滿足呀～
[聖誕老公公餅乾]
餅乾材料：無鹽奶油50g, 糖粉25g, 雞蛋液半顆, 低筋麵粉115g, 鹽1小搓
杏仁瓦片材料：蛋白1顆, 砂糖30g, 低筋麵粉15g,
融化無鹽奶油15g, 杏仁片50g
先來製作餅乾麵團：將軟化奶油與糖粉混合均勻後拌入雞蛋液拌勻、
倒入過篩的低筋麵粉混合成麵糰。

將麵糰擀平冷藏15分鐘。

接著來製作杏仁瓦片麵糊：將蛋白與砂糖混合後加入低筋麵粉拌勻、
倒入融化無鹽奶油拌勻後加入杏仁片輕輕拌勻即可。

將餅乾麵皮壓出聖誕老公公形狀。

鬍子部分鋪上杏仁瓦片麵糊、
放入預熱160度烤箱烤約15分鐘（時間可看上色程度）。
