用市售的酸菜火鍋底料就能簡單完成喔！！
[五更腸旺]
材料：好人家老壇酸菜火鍋底料1包,
滷大腸及水血/豬血適量, 水及蔥段適量
調味料：醬油、豆瓣醬各1大匙, 砂糖1小匙
簡單的材料們，因買不到豬血就用全聯買的水血。

好人家老壇酸菜火鍋底料一盒包裝裡面有酸菜和湯底各一份，
可以依照自己喜歡的味道斟酌使用非常方便。

先熱油後炒香蔥段及酸菜。

加入滷大腸跟水血略炒。

倒入醬油、豆瓣醬及砂糖。

底料包挖出兩大匙。

加入適量水及底料包2大匙煮至滾即完成（可依個人口味調整鹹辣度）
